Responsibilities:
The Yield Management Manager is responsible for optimizing hotel revenue by implementing effective pricing and inventory management strategies. This role involves analysing market trends, monitoring room demand, and working closely with sales, reservations, and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.

  • Develop and execute yield management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust pricing strategies.
  • Analyze historical data and current booking patterns to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and reservations teams to ensure optimal inventory allocation.
  • Work with marketing teams to implement promotions and pricing campaigns.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue performance and market trends.
  • Utilize revenue management systems and tools to support decision-making.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:
[Must]

  • Extensive experience in pricing strategy for Hotels/E-commerce platforms/stores/products other miscellaneous services.
  • Proficiency in Japanese for effective communication with Japanese speaking stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong knowledge of market segmentation, pricing strategies, and forecasting.
  • Willing to travel overseas occasionally when required.
  • Logical, proactive, and able to take initiative.

  • Previous yield/revenue management/sales management experience within the hotel/hospitality/aviation industry.
