Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales order creation, updates, and confirmations with internal teams and overseas offices to ensure accurate processing.
  • Liaise with Production, Purchasing, and Shipping teams to monitor production capacity, material availability, and shipment schedules for timely delivery.
  • Prepare export-related documents, cost statements, and support FTA Form D compliance.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment planning, and sales forecasting, including inputs for budgeting discussions with HQ.
  • Prepare sales, shipment, and marketing reports in Japanese for meetings and discussions with HQ.
  • Handle customer enquiries and coordinate quality-related investigations with Production and QC teams, reporting findings to HQ.
  • Support brand promotion, marketing events, new product planning, and market analysis in collaboration with Marketing and R&D teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales support, sales coordination, operations, or supply chain, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales order processing and cross-functional coordination involving Sales, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and QC.
  • Knowledge of sales reporting, shipment coordination, inventory management, and forecasting.
  • Basic understanding of export operations and trade documentation; experience with FTA Form D is an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
