Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting and tax due diligence (DD) related to overseas expansion and M&A projects
  • Provide accounting and tax support for overseas subsidiaries
  • Support the establishment and improvement of internal controls for overseas subsidiaries
  • Coordinate and report with Japan headquarters and overseas entities
  • Provide accounting and tax advisory services to clients
  • Handle other tasks related to overseas business support as required

*The scope of responsibilities may be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience and skill set.
  
Requirements :
  
[Must]

  • Min 4-5 years of relevant experience at an audit firm or accounting firm
  • Practical and working knowledge of accounting and tax
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking clients.

[Advantage]

  • Experience in overseas or cross-border engagements
  • Professional qualifications such as Japanese CPA, US CPA, or Certified Tax Accountant
