Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with Priority Banking clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.
- Acquire new clients through targeted outreach, referrals, and participation in bank-sponsored events and activities.
- Conduct professional financial needs analyses and recommend suitable banking and investment products.
- Provide regular market updates and insights to clients to support their financial decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and acquisition targets.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering standards.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements :
- Tertiary education with relevant CMFAS qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail or priority banking.
- Proven sales ability with a strong client-service orientation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently toward targets.
- High integrity and a strong understanding of banking compliance.
