Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with Priority Banking clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.
  • Acquire new clients through targeted outreach, referrals, and participation in bank-sponsored events and activities.
  • Conduct professional financial needs analyses and recommend suitable banking and investment products.
  • Provide regular market updates and insights to clients to support their financial decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and acquisition targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering standards.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements :

  • Tertiary education with relevant CMFAS qualifications.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail or priority banking.
  • Proven sales ability with a strong client-service orientation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently toward targets.
  • High integrity and a strong understanding of banking compliance.
