Responsibilities:

Regional HR Operations

  • Respond to expatriate inquiries across APAC in accordance with overseas assignment policies
  • Support GM on expatriate personal income tax matters
  • Manage and operate the expatriate leave management system (Unit4)
  • Prepare and submit required documents to headquarters
  • Coordinate with assignees on postings, transfers, and repatriations
  • Handle internal approval workflows and delegation of authority processes

HR & General Affairs – Singapore

  • Support expatriates during assignment and repatriation, including accommodation arrangements
  • Assist in administering the HR evaluation system
  • Update and maintain the Asia Expatriate Handbook
  • Manage golf club memberships
  • Oversee corporate hotel contract administration
  • Liaise with external organisations such as the Japanese Association and Chamber of Commerce
  • Conduct office fixed asset inventory

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in HR operations or HR administration
  • Experience in expatriate management and related processes
