Job Summary: Lead sales growth, manage key accounts, and drive business development within a fast‑paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and account management.
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
  • Propose and coordinate the delivery of consumables and materials to F&B and retail sector clients.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with local staff of Japanese and local enterprises.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support departmental objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience managing or leading team members.
  • Comfortable working overtime when required and in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in the F&B or retail supply industry is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Japanese business manners and etiquette is an added advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of import/export operations is an added advantage.
