Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver daily and weekly Japanese‑language programmes aligned with curriculum guidelines
  • Conduct engaging, age‑appropriate learning activities using suitable teaching methods
  • Maintain effective classroom management and a respectful, supportive learning environment
  • Perform routine care tasks and ensure a well‑organised class structure
  • Prepare class newsletters and maintain accurate student progress reports
  • Plan and support the execution of school events
  • Build and maintain strong communication and rapport with parents and colleagues

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
  • Strong communication, creativity and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients and stakeholders
