Responsibilities:

  • Manage import operations from Japan to the Singapore warehouse, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
  • Coordinate outbound shipment operations from Singapore to various Asian markets
  • Oversee warehouse inventory control, including stock accuracy and movement tracking
  • Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales and inventory reports to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Experience in import and export operations is required
  • Experience in warehouse and inventory management is required
  • Hands-on experience across end-to-end logistics operations is required
  • Proficiency in Japanese language at JLPT N2 level or above for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in sales analysis or inventory data analysis is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders
