Responsibilities:

  • Assist therapists in setting up treatment areas, equipment, and therapy sessions
  • Support and supervise patients during individual and group therapeutic activities under therapist guidance
  • Prepare, operate, and monitor therapeutic equipment and modalities
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of therapy areas and assist with cleaning duties
  • Coordinate and assist with patient transport to and from therapy areas
  • Support supervision and coordination of healthcare attendants’ duties within the rehabilitation area
  • Perform inventory checks and basic maintenance of therapy equipment and supplies
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document distribution
  • Assist with orientation and induction of new therapy assistants
  • Manage enquiries, answer phone calls, and relay messages appropriately

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification
  • Background or interest in sports, rehabilitation, or healthcare support is an added advantage
  • Service‑oriented and patient‑focused mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
