Job Summary:
Drive enterprise software sales by developing strategic account plans, winning new opportunities, and building trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory and account sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Manage and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of pipeline and transactions.
  • Prepare and report sales forecasts, pipeline status, and account progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software solution sales, preferably from system integrators.
  • Proven success in managing and winning major enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Experience in both transactional and strategic sales cycles.
  • Exposure to pre-sales activities such as solution positioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Strong presentation and communication capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to influence key management stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
