Senior Sales Manager (Ethical & OTC)

Job Summary: Lead the growth of ethical and OTC pharmaceutical businesses through strong sales management and operational oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for both Ethical and OTC business segments.
  • Lead and manage the Ethical Group to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR.
  • Ensure effective coordination and collaboration among all team members.
  • Support budgeting activities, cost control, and profitability enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the Director (Malaysia).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in sales management and business operations.
  • Experience in the generic pharmaceutical sector is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working hands‑on in a small team environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
