Senior Mortgage Specialist (SME Banking)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively acquire new SME mortgage clients through targeted sales initiatives and lead generation.
  • Achieve quarterly New Sales Revenue targets as part of the performance scorecard.
  • Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of SME banking products and wealth solutions to deepen client relationships.
  • Ensure each new client holds at least two products to maximize engagement and value.
  • Deliver exceptional service, responding to all client queries within two business days.
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Refer individual banking opportunities to the relevant Affluent banking teams.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and appropriate presentation standards.
  • Remain responsive and accountable to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in mortgage sales.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new clients and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and basic business financing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering amazing service.
