Senior Marketing Executive [Korean & Japanese Speaking]

Responsibilities: 

  •  Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness,
    customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Plan and manage digital, social media, online, and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing-related activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new
    opportunities.
  • Support product or services launches, events, and promotional activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Korean and Japanese languages, both written and spoken, to liaise with Korean-speaking and Japanese-speaking stakeholders 
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently.
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new challenges.
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively across cross functional teams..

[Advantage]

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably from the finance
    or payment industry (Ex. payment, banking, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, social media, and campaign
    analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategy into effective campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as GA4, GTM, GA, XAds, Hootsuite, bitly
