Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to build and guide a high‑performing sales team. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between sales activities and overall business objectives.

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Propose and coordinate the delivery of consumables and materials to F&B and retail clients.
  • Maintain close communication with local staff of Japanese companies and local enterprises
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support sales operations and business development initiatives
  • Monitor delivery schedules and customer satisfaction
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience 
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
  • Possess management experience that led some member
  • Willing to do overtime when required/Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Possess working experience in F&B or retail supply industry
  • Possesses practical knowledge of import/export operations
