Job Summary: Support regional sales growth through strong dealer management, project coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage dealer relationships as the primary contact for commercial and technical matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate specifications, pricing, and lead‑time information.
- Support the full sales cycle, including pre‑sales engagement, tender participation, quotations, and post‑order follow‑up.
- Provide technical documentation and compliance materials for customer evaluations and tender submissions.
- Gather and analyze market and dealer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Resolve commercial, operational, and after‑sales issues promptly.
- Strengthen partnerships by monitoring dealer performance and market developments.
- Drive sales activities for assigned regions, including project tracking, opportunity management, and deal closure.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers and dealers to understand requirements and uncover new opportunities.
- Support pricing discussions and negotiations within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and competitor activities through events and training.
- Collaborate with internal teams on business development initiatives, planning, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, export controls, and regional regulations.
- Promote company environmental, sustainability, and regulatory initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience; experience in gensets, power equipment, or components is an added advantage.
- Experience managing distributors, key accounts, or customers is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, public‑speaking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Able to handle ad‑hoc tasks when required.
- Willing to travel, including on short notice.
