Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell assigned products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Pursue sales leads and conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines within authorized limits.
  • Close sales orders to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify, research, and engage prospective customers to develop long-term business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide sales leads, customer feedback, and market insights to internal teams.
  • Establish and manage annual, monthly, and weekly sales plans to meet targets.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong marketing and sales competencies.
  • Good knowledge of the products sold.
