Sales Executive [HORECA | 100% WFH Arrangement]

Job Summary:
Drive sales growth in the HORECA sector by building strong client relationships and promoting key product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
  • Achieve sales targets, product mix goals, and all assigned KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts to strengthen brand presence.
  • Execute direct sales strategies to increase sales performance, particularly within hotels and restaurants.
  • Lead sales expansion initiatives and introduce new products or services to clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales plans, including counterstrategies to achieve designated targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the HORECA industry, preferably in food-related sales.
  • Strong network within the HORECA sector, especially hotels and restaurants in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to lead, multi‑task, and manage sales processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in a start‑up environment is an added advantage.
  • Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
