Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Identifying and approaching potential clients.
- Analyzing needs of existing clients.
- Coordinating technology development projects (internal and external).
Account Management
- Coordinating with end customers, suppliers, and manufacturing plants.
- Handling troubleshooting and issues.
- Forecast management, payment management, etc.
Requirements:
[Must]
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or technology-based B2B business (Experience as Sales or Business Development is preferred).
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts.
- Understanding of manufacturing or businesses dealing with technical products.
- Ability to think independently and structure tasks.
- Polite and professional demeanor, both internally and externally.
- High motivation to learn about new fields and technologies.
- Proactive attitude (taking initiative rather than waiting for instructions).
[Advantage]
- Experience working for a motor supplier.
- Basic knowledge of motors (especially BLDC motors and pump motors).
