Sales & Business Development Manager [Japanese Speaking]

Responsibilities: 
New Business Development

  • Identifying and approaching potential clients.
  • Analyzing needs of existing clients.
  • Coordinating technology development projects (internal and external).

Account Management

  • Coordinating with end customers, suppliers, and manufacturing plants.
  • Handling troubleshooting and issues.
  • Forecast management, payment management, etc.

Requirements:
[Must]

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or technology-based B2B business (Experience as Sales or Business Development is preferred).
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts. 
  • Understanding of manufacturing or businesses dealing with technical products.
  • Ability to think independently and structure tasks.
  • Polite and professional demeanor, both internally and externally.
  • High motivation to learn about new fields and technologies.
  • Proactive attitude (taking initiative rather than waiting for instructions).

[Advantage]

  • Experience working for a motor supplier.
  • Basic knowledge of motors (especially BLDC motors and pump motors).
