Job Summary:
Support clients with technical guidance while contributing to sales activities and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical support and guidance to clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and market developments.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • No working experience required; training will be provided.
  • Willing to travel overseas for business purposes.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to work effectively with clients.
