Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and provide coverage on topics related to Singapore’s economy
  • Research and analyse government releases, reports, and official documents
  • Write and edit accurate, engaging news articles
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1 or equivalent) for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
  • Proficiency in creating charts and tables using Microsoft Excel
  • High mobility and willingness to conduct on-site reporting
  • Strong research skills and persistence in producing quality content
  • Prior experience in reporting and editing is required
