Job Summary
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to drive SME banking growth through client acquisition and portfolio development.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new SME clients and develop existing portfolio to achieve sales targets.
- Provide tailored financial solutions including cash management, lending, trade, and investment products.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC, FATCA, and CRS.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Uphold ethical standards and manage risk in line with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash management and lending.
- Strong skills in lead generation, networking, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of working capital financing cycles and cash management solutions.
- Familiarity with customer due diligence processes and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to structure and price financial products effectively.
- Proficiency in English for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage for liaising with diverse clients.
