Reinsurance Operations Analyst (Executive)

Responsibilities:

  • Treaty Administration: Prepare Statements of Account (SOAs) for Outward and Retrocession treaties, including data entry, reconciliations, and statistical reporting
  • Credit Control: Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances due from reinsurers, prepare payment proposals, and liaise with the Finance department to ensure timely settlements.
  • Financial Support: Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to reinsurance accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to provide support during treaty renewals and other cyclical processes.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience (2-3 years) in reinsurance technical accounting is a strong advantage.
