Job Summary:
Drive regional business growth by acquiring new customers and strengthening long‑term partnerships within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers across the Asian region to expand the company’s market presence
  • Advise and support existing customers to strengthen loyalty and build sustainable business relationships
  • Lead high‑level commercial negotiations, technical discussions, and professional presentations
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and support regional market development initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with internal quality, regulatory, and product teams to deliver efficient customer solutions
  • Represent the company at regional exhibitions, industry events, customer audits, and key meetings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry
  • Proven experience in business development and account management, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and farming activities
  • Solid technical knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, including raw materials or ingredients
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with high professional and interpersonal competence
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and credibly to diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for senior‑level customer interactions
  • Proficiency in English for liaising with English‑speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in additional Asian languages is an added advantage for liaising with regional clients and stakeholders
  • Proactive, independent working style with the ability to manage regional responsibilities effectively
