Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
  • Explain purchasing processes clearly and professionally
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documentation
  • Verify the authenticity of incoming luxury items and jewellery
  • Provide simple translation support as needed
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Willingness to work on weekends
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
