Job Summary Lead sales strategy, manage key accounts, and drive business growth within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and strategy execution.
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
- Coordinate the delivery of consumables and materials for F&B and retail clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and business development initiatives.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in leading or managing team members.
- Comfortable working overtime when required and in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in the F&B or retail supply industry is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Japanese business manners and etiquette is an added advantage.
- Practical knowledge of import/export operations is an added advantage.
