(Japanese Speaking) Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, setup, buy‑off, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor equipment at customer sites locally and overseas
• Prepare service reports and provide feedback on technical issues and machine performance
• Update management and relevant stakeholders on job status and progress
• Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate corrective actions in collaboration with HQ and Sales teams
• Conduct training for customers on proper machine operation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• No experience required for candidates with an engineering background
• Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings
• Willingness to travel as required
• Able to work independently and demonstrate maturity and accountability
• Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese speaking counterparts
