(Japanese Speaking) Science-focused Cram School Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct group classes for approximately 8–15 students and individual lessons when required.
• Teach 2–3 assigned subjects across elementary and junior high school levels, and high school levels depending on experience and location.
• Prepare and deliver academic content aligned with entrance exam standards.
• Provide academic and career guidance to students.
• Participate in parent meetings and consultations.
• Support general school operations and student-related administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Teaching experience such as school teaching, tutoring, or cram school instruction (part‑time experience acceptable).
• Prior working experience.
• Experience in junior high and/or high school entrance exam preparation is an added advantage.
• Possession of a teaching license is an added advantage.
• Overseas experience and foreign language skills are not required.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking students, parents, and stakeholders.
