Responsibilities

Sales Duties

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including manufacturers, agents, and international customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and emerging markets such as Bangladesh and Myanmar.
  • Conduct overseas business trips (approximately half of each month) to Japan and other international locations.

Shipping Coordination Duties

  • Manage and organize data effectively.
  • Translate basic documents as required.
  • Oversee import and export operations.
  • Coordinate communication with agents to ensure smooth processes.
  • Prepare and manage various documentation related to shipping.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel overseas for business trips.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese business practices and etiquette.
  • Experience in shipping coordination is an added advantage.
