IT Sales Executive (Japanese speaking)

Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting new accounts to build up sales pipeline
  • Sell IT solutions to meet customers’ needs – hardware, software, services
  • Work with identified business partners to propose value-added solutions to customers
  • To constantly strive to achieve sales target
  • Provide feedback on market competitive information
  • Be independent, resourceful and customer service oriented
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player

 

Requirements :
[70%:30% = Developing: Farming]

  • 2 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in solutions, hardware, software, or IT services sales
  • Proven ability in business development and account management.
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in solution selling and understanding customers’ business needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing as a team player
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
