Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including support for expatriate staff.
- Handle monthly CPF submissions and ensure accurate HR-related payments.
- Maintain HR expense and payroll records in the HR/finance systems.
- Oversee attendance tracking and driver overtime via the Easy Time system.
- Manage work pass processes including applications, renewals, cancellations, and updates on MOM portal.
- Handle government submissions including Pro-Family and NS claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory updates.
- Manage annual income tax filings (IR8A), CPF refunds, and tax clearance for foreign employees.
- Monitor MOM audits and regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
- Conduct annual or quarterly surveys required by MOM or other government agencies.
- Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment including liaison with agencies, interview arrangements, and participating in interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other employee-related documents such as verification, visa, and bank letters.
- Deliver HR training for new hires.
- Manage issuance and cancellation of staff access cards.
- Maintain updated staff records for joiners and leavers.
- Coordinate procurement of name cards, stationery, and company stamps.
- Manage insurance matters including renewals, claims, and enquiries.
- Support performance evaluation processes and follow up on deadlines.
- Assist with company events in partnership with the admin team.
- Handle staff claims and manage office stationery supplies.
- Provide support for additional HR and general affairs tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR Generalist experience covering payroll, government portals (MOM, CPF, NS), and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax processes.
- Proficiency in Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking counterparts and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Cheerful and engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and government agencies.
- Independent, proactive, and a collaborative team player willing to support both HR and administrative functions.
