About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned investor relations and capital formation professional to lead our engagement with institutional investors and high-net-worth clients across the Asia Pacific region. This senior role will drive the marketing and distribution of alternative investment products while strengthening the firm’s presence in key APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations and capital raising strategy for alternative investment products across APAC.
  • Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and accredited individuals.
  • Lead investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence sessions, serving as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.
  • Collaborate with regional teams in Hong Kong and Tokyo to support the marketing and distribution of traditional investment products.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports on investor relations activities, market intelligence, and fundraising progress.
  • Enhance the firm’s brand visibility and reputation within the APAC investment community through strategic engagement.
  • Organize and represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and networking events.
  • Ensure all investor communications and activities comply with relevant regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, capital formation, or institutional sales within financial services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing or investor relations for alternative investments (private equity, real assets, hedge funds, or private credit).
  • Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC investment landscape, including key markets and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-border environment.
