General Affairs Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities :

  • Translation and interpretation between English and Japanese languages
  • Maintain effective communication between internal parties and Japan Headquarter
  • Ensure compliance with Company’s standards and requirements in the area of general affairs – Assist in preparing and consolidating regular reports for management and Japan Headquarter review
  • Assist in internal approval processes
  • Assist in business trip arrangements
  • Provide administrative support on internal approval documents and other corporate documents
  • Liaise with the Japan team & legal counsel on matters related to legality issue
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between local departments, including Accounting, HR, QA, Merchandising, Store Operations, Store Development, IT, and the Japan HQ Overseas Business Support units to ensure the seamless execution of General Affairs protocols and corporate instructions.
  • Manage the internal documents and check the progress of relate procedures of the cost and expenses with Japan headquarter
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :
[Must]

  • 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field
  • Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking counterparts
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy
