  • Assessment-related tasks (review, validation, invoice issuance)
  • Inbound and outbound communication with medical institutions and customers
  • Handling walk-in customers with document submissions
  • Other related administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Enjoy interacting with people both in person and online
  • Strong skills in Excel and basic calculations
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
