Client Acquistion Manager – Banking

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively acquire new Priority/Privilege Banking customers through targeted sales initiatives
  • Cross-sell retail banking products (cards, insurance) to priority segments
  • Build referral networks with internal teams and external partners (property agents, brokers)
  • Engage clients through marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows (including weekends/off-hours)
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product differentiation
  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and conduct standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years banking sales experience with proven track record
  • Strong B2B/B2C acquisition skills
  • Ability to engage affluent clients and stakeholders
  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Banking product expertise
