Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to handle trade-related payments / receipts, account reconciliation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency and ensure accurate financial transactions.

  • Process trade-related payments and receipts across all products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform reconciliation of client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Support system implementation and participate in process improvement/transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Handle other assigned duties as required.

 
Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar operations role preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Operations from financial industry will be an advantage
  • Experience in programming automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Agentic AI, Macros, etc is a plus.
