Responsibilities:
- Executive Secretary Duties for Singapore-based Executives
- Schedule management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements
- Preparation and translation of business documents/emails/letters (Japanese-English)
- Support for internal and external communications
- Support Duties for Planning Team
- Schedule management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements
- Research and preparation of material for internal uses
- General Administrative Duties
- Office management, procurement and management of supplies
- Expense management and preparation of reports
- Planning and management of various events
- Other Administrative Tasks
- Management and support of internal systems
- Proposals and implementation of business process improvements
- Other ad-hoc duty may be assigned
Requirements:
[Must]
- 3 years secretarial experience in a financial setting
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
- Experience in general affairs or secretarial work
- Basic knowledge and skills in IT systems
- Flexible and agile response capabilities
