Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our 24×7 support operation.​ The role involves providing technical support for Microsoft 365 (M365) in both Japanese and English. Candidates with hands-on experience in M365 administration and PowerShell operations are highly preferred.​
  
Job Description ​ 

  • Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 (Japanese & English)​Handle incidents and service requests, perform initial troubleshooting and escalation​  
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and configuration changes
  • Perform operational tasks for M365 using PowerShell (e.g. administration, verification, routine tasks automation)​
  • Create and manage tickets, document troubleshooting steps and resolutions using ITSM tools​
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and follow-ups​
  • Maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and FAQs​

Requirements   

  • Fluent in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
  • Experience in IT Helpdesk / Service Desk support​ min 3-5 yrs
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 fundamentals and support operations​
  • 24×7 shift schedule including night shifts and weekends/Singapore Public holidays​
