Senior Sales Manager (Semiconductor)

Job Summary: Drive strategic account growth and technology engagement for semiconductor capital equipment across key customer segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all commercial, business, and relationship matters with key customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with mid‑to‑senior‑level stakeholders within strategic accounts.
  • Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and order management processes.
  • Monitor and report sales forecasts in alignment with customer fab expansion and development plans.
  • Collaborate with customer R&D teams to identify opportunities for new tool adoption in development and pilot lines.
  • Work closely with product and factory teams to align equipment capabilities with customer roadmaps for areas such as 3D NAND scaling, DRAM node transitions, and HBM stacking.
  • Support customer engagement activities for new tool evaluations, joint development programs, and coordination of global engineering resources.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet deliverables, resolve technical issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and maintain strong engagement across all levels of the customer organization.
  • Use insights from customer roadmaps, market trends, and the competitive landscape to shape strategic plans and guide business decisions.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, including emerging fabs, technologies, or business units.
  • Provide accurate and timely business insights to global and executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment sales or account management, ideally supporting logic and memory customers.
  • Strong understanding of wafer fab processes, including Etch, Deposition, Clean, Wet Process, and Assembly.
  • Experience managing customer engagements across development, pilot lines, and high‑volume manufacturing environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver effective presentations to both technical teams and senior management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams within a global organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
