Senior Sales Engineer (Engineering)

Job Summary:

Support clients with technical solutions while driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client
    satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management
  • Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned. 

 
Requirements:

  • No experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Willing and able to travel overseas for business trips
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
