Senior Priority Banking Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new Priority Banking clients through targeted sales initiatives and lead generation.
- Engage affluent individuals via marketing campaigns, networking events, roadshows, and mortgage referrals.
- Build and nurture referral networks with both internal stakeholders and external partners (property agents, brokers).
- Cross-sell a comprehensive range of priority and retail banking products, including unsecured cards and insurance solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and enhance product positioning.
- Participate in off-office hours and weekend activities as required for events and campaigns.
- Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct in all client dealings.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience with a proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- Strong B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably within the priority or affluent banking segment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and conducting professional presentations.
- A team player with initiative, assertiveness, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible and willing to participate in off-hours and weekend marketing activities.
