Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and supervise aircraft maintenance checks.
  • Identify and rectify technical problems and defects.
  • Analyse and interpret engineering diagrams, technical manuals, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage staff performance, attendance, and provide training to maintain service quality.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with manuals and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid HKCAD / EASA / CAAS / CAAM / Australia Aircraft Maintenance Licence (B1.1 or B2) with type ratings on A320, A350, B777, or B787.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft line maintenance, including servicing, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and certification.
  • Ability to perform maintenance tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and customers.
  • Willingness to work shifts as required to meet operational needs.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, for liaising with international stakeholders.
