Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities (Approx. 50%)
- Provide HR operational support for regional rotational staff and expatriates
- Manage leave administration, including annual and home leave for expatriates
- Disseminate HR-related information to relevant stakeholders
- Handle day-to-day HR matters related to expatriates
Corporate Planning / Coordination Responsibilities (Approx. 50%)
- Support corporate planning and coordination activities as required.
- Act as a communication bridge with Japanese HQ, primarily in Japanese
- Prepare, translate, and follow up on materials for HQ communication
- Assist with internal coordination across departments when needed
Requirements:
- Experience in HR operations or HR administration
- Knowledge and experience in expatriate-related matters
- Ability to manage both HR and coordination/planning tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
