Sales & Service Executive (Japanese Speaking) | Up to $5K

Responsibilities :
- Identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and representing the company at industry events
- Conduct market research in South East Asia Countries to understand the customers needs, identify market trends, and analyze competitor products
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals that are mutually beneficial for the client and the company
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales and service activities including all client information
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to the management
- Coordinate with Administrative Team in all logistic matters from purchase to selling
- Coordinate with Service Team in the after-sales service requirement
- Coordinate with clients in issues of product complaints / feedbacks
- Other duties as assigned in accordance with business demands
Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in sales and service management and proficient in software and sales tools
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationship.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills and able to work independently and as part of a team with a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about achieving goals
