Sales & Service Executive (Japanese Speaking) | Up to $5K

Responsibilities :

  • Identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and representing the company at industry events
  • Conduct market research in South East Asia Countries to understand the customers needs, identify market trends, and analyze competitor products
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals that are mutually beneficial for the client and the company
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales and service activities including all client information
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to the management
  • Coordinate with Administrative Team in all logistic matters from purchase to selling
  • Coordinate with Service Team in the after-sales service requirement
  • Coordinate with clients in issues of product complaints / feedbacks
  • Other duties as assigned in accordance with business demands

Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience in sales and service management and proficient in software and sales tools
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationship.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills and able to work independently and as part of a team with a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about achieving goals
