Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage accounts within the professional kitchen and restaurant sector.
  • Provide consultation and design layout proposals for kitchen projects.
  • Prepare kitchen drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate import activities with suppliers.
  • Report project and account development progress to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients.
  • Experience in kitchen design and layout consultation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating professional kitchen drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Understanding of major key account operations.
