Job Summary Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and managing the full sales cycle within the designated market segment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor industrial and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target segment.
- Attend & represents company’s products in industry seminars, exhibition and events.
- Establish new contacts and maintain strong relation with key decision-makers to drive business opportunities and partnerships.
- Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive market expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify the trends, customer needs, potential opportunity and competitor market landscape in the region, using insights to shape sales strategies and product offerings.
- Proactively reach out to targeted market segment to approach potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase products/services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with team to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
- Build up realistic prospects and healthy order pipeline
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation, contract closure and project implementation to achieve the Sales Target.
- Prospects, Orders & Sales Forecasting and Strategy & Action Plan with rigorous update
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and market trends to management on a regular basis
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize business & Sales strategies and achieve Sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and sales within a relevant market segment, with a strong track record of acquiring new accounts.
- Familiarity with the target market segment and existing industry contacts is preferred.
- Experience in developing new accounts and achieving sales targets is an added advantage.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, accountable, and proactive in driving new business.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels.
- Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
