Sales Engineer

Job Summary: Join a leading industrial solutions provider as a Sales Engineer, driving sales growth and delivering technical expertise in process instrumentation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Conduct customer visits to present products and drive sales pitches
- Achieve assigned sales revenue and profit targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide sales and after-sales support in coordination with internal teams
- Prepare accurate sales quotations using ERPLN system
- Monitor quotation status, forecast sales, and ensure proper documentation in line with ISO standards
- Perform order screening and coordinate clean order processing with PMO team
- Conduct market studies and provide feedback to the sales manager
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience in process instrumentation
- Strong willingness to learn product knowledge
- Independent and collaborative team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM and ERPLN systems is an added advantage
