About the Role:
Join our team as a Sales Engineer and launch your career in technical sales! We’re looking for motivated, sales-driven individuals to manage the full sales cycle—from site visits and client meetings to closing deals and supporting projects. No prior engineering experience? No problem. We provide full product and technical training. If you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and hitting targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including site visits, client meetings, and tender submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and support.
  • Generate sales from new and existing projects using company-provided leads.
  • Work towards and achieve annual sales targets (KPIs).
  • Provide both sales and basic technical support to clients (full training provided).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive, driven attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver’s license (Advantage) for traveling in company/own car.
  • No prior sales or engineering experience required—we provide full training!
  • A proactive “farmer” mindset, focused on cultivating long-term client relationships.
