Sales Engineer

Job Summary: Drive sales of cutting tools and machining solutions to support manufacturing and precision engineering customers in Singapore and the region.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell end mills and metal cutting tools to manufacturing and precision engineering customers
- Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Understand customer machining processes and recommend suitable tooling solutions
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and on-site visits
- Collaborate with distributors, partners, and internal technical teams
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and support pricing negotiations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in cutting tools, machine tools, CNC machining, or metalworking industries
- Knowledge of end mills, cutting tools, or metal machining processes is highly preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand machining requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to visit customers regularly
