Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned key account distributors across Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate with distributors on local marketing events, promotions, and new retailer development.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams at the head office on sales and marketing matters.
  • Prepare required documentation and provide administrative support.
  • Oversee full office administration, including maintenance, travel arrangements, accounting, payroll, and routine office functions.
  • Work with local agents and promoters to conceptualise arcade game events, seek head office approval, and support event operations.
  • Identify new locations for arcade game machine installations and negotiate with malls, department stores, and toy stores.
  • Ensure proper setup and operation of arcade game machines.
  • Support basic troubleshooting and simple maintenance of arcade game machines.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia and Japan.
  • Willingness to work on weekends when required.
  • Knowledge of trading practices.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Strong interest in the entertainment and gaming industries.
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks as part of the role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with licensors of licensed products is an added advantage.
