Regional Sales Manager (Capital Equipment)

Job Summary: Regional sales role driving revenue growth in high‑tech capital equipment across Asia and global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual revenue and bookings targets through direct customer engagement and distributor collaboration.
- Manage the full sales cycle including opportunity development, technical presentations, quotations, negotiation, contract closure, and handover.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow‑up on delivery, installation, and after‑sales support.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities for non‑solar products such as semiconductor and precision laser equipment across Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Japan, and Europe.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support regional strategy and business development.
- Build and manage relationships with regional distributors, OEM partners, and strategic accounts.
- Work with potential partners to expand market presence in assigned territories.
- Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and provide updates on pipeline progress, forecasting accuracy, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to headquarters and business units on pricing, product positioning, and market demand.
- Collaborate with R&D and Technical teams to develop solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in regional or international sales within laser systems, semiconductor equipment, precision instruments, or high‑tech capital equipment.
- Strong capability in managing the full sales cycle from opportunity development to contract closure and handover.
- Experience working with distributors, OEM partners, and strategic accounts across multiple regions.
- Solid understanding of non‑solar markets such as semiconductor, precision laser, or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Skilled in market research, competitor analysis, and regional strategy development.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with R&D, Technical, and HQ teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging technical and senior‑level stakeholders.
- Experience participating in or supporting international trade shows is an added advantage.
